Juvenile Court

Juvenile court hears all matters relating to juveniles in civil and criminal matters. Juvenile Court also has concurrent jurisdiction with Circuit and Chancery Court for domestic relations cases. Judge David Howard and Magistrate Erin Begley hear all the juvenile cases filed in Sumner County.
